Jeffery F. Speer
Jeffery Speer was born, raised, and educated in South Louisiana. In 1992 he partnered with Kermit Doucet and formed Doucet-Speer. Since then he has taken numerous cases to successful jury verdicts, and is admitted to all of the courts in the state.
In Memory of Kermit Doucet (1944-1998)
Kermit Doucet started Doucet-Speer based on the ideal that a person’s character is not based on the volume or nature of their problems, but rather by their response to it. Mr. Doucet passed away in 1998, but the principles upon which he founded Doucet-Speer are still valued today, just as the firm maintains his name.
